Quick answer
Can I get a refund on a CryptoGameTopUp order?
Yes, when the top-up does not go through. Under the policy of CryptoGameTopUp, dated 22 October 2026, a top-up that fails or that the game refuses goes back to your balance in full. A top-up the game has credited to the ID you entered is final, because the currency cannot be taken back. Balance is not paid out in crypto unless the law requires it, with one exception: when a package costs less than the minimum, the amount you added only to reach that minimum comes back on request within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as you have not spent it.
When does an order go back to my balance?
If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. That covers:
- the game refuses the ID, for example because it does not exist or the zone does not match;
- the package is no longer offered by the game when the order is sent;
- the authorized channel cannot complete the top-up for a technical reason;
- we cancel the order because it breaks the acceptable use policy before anything is credited.
The full price of the package returns, not a part of it.
When is an order final?
A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay. Once the game has credited the currency, it sits in a game account we do not control. Publishers' own terms treat these purchases as final too.
This also applies when the ID you typed belongs to someone else. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time; read the name before you pay.
What about official game codes?
A code shown in your order cannot be returned or exchanged. If no code can be issued, the full amount goes back to your balance. A code is delivered when it appears in your order: from then on, anyone holding it can redeem it, so we cannot take it back or swap it.
- No code can be issued, for example because the authorized distributor has none left: the full amount returns to your balance.
- Wrong region or version: Each code works for one version or region of the game, shown on its page and at checkout, so check it before you pay. Check the code page before you pay; a code bought for another region is not exchanged.
- The redeem page refuses the code: write to [email protected] with the order number before trying again. Support asks the distributor for the code's status and tells you what it shows.
Is the money paid back in crypto?
A top-up that fails or is refused by the game goes back to your balance in full. A top-up credited to the ID you entered is final. Within 30 days of a payment, the part added only to reach the minimum can be sent back in USDT or USDC if it is unspent; other balance is not paid out in crypto unless the law requires it.
Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it. If you need the balance paid out because the law where you live gives you that right, write to support with your account number.
What are three typical cases?
1. Wrong zone. You order 500 Mobile Legends diamonds for $4.74 and type the right User ID with the wrong Zone ID. The game refuses it. The order fails and $4.74 returns to your balance; you order again with the right zone.
2. Typo on a valid ID. You order 1,090 Genesis Crystals for $14.24 and swap two digits of the UID. The UID exists and the checkout shows a name you do not know, but you pay anyway. The crystals reach that player. The order is final.
3. Maintenance. You order 460 CP for $4.74 while Call of Duty: Mobile is under maintenance. The top-up waits, then goes through after the maintenance. Nothing is refunded because nothing failed; if the channel had rejected it, the full amount would have returned.
What if a top-up has not arrived?
First check the order status in your account and the status page: a pending order may be waiting for blockchain confirmations or for game maintenance to end.
If the order says credited but the currency is not in the game, write to [email protected] with the order number. Support asks the authorized channel for the delivery record and tells you what it shows.
What about a purchase made by a minor?
The shop is for adults only, and every order carries an 18+ confirmation. If you are a parent and believe your child used the shop, write to [email protected] with the order details.
We close the account and review the case. Whether money can return depends on whether the currency was already credited and on the law of your country.
Do EU withdrawal rights apply?
Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when delivery starts with your consent. Our checkout asks for that consent before sending a top-up or showing a code.
A top-up that never starts, or that fails, is returned to your balance as described above.
Refund questions
How long does a failed top-up take to return?
The amount goes back to your balance when the order is marked failed. You can spend it on another order straight away.
Can I cancel an order I just placed?
Only before it is sent to the game. Write to support quickly; once the top-up has been sent, it can no longer be stopped. A code, once shown in your order, cannot be cancelled.
Do you refund network fees?
No. Network fees go to the blockchain, not to us, and they are not part of the balance.
What if the publisher bans an account later?
Publishers act on accounts for many reasons. We buy only through authorized channels so that our top-ups are never the cause; we cannot refund decisions a publisher takes for other reasons.
