Yes, as an official code redeemed on Midasbuy with your Player ID, not as a top-up by ID. PUBG Mobile's operator allows direct top-ups only through its own store, Midasbuy, but its terms accept redeem codes bought from its authorized retailers. An official code appears in your order once your payment is confirmed. You redeem it yourself on the publisher's page, so we never need your game login. Each code works for one version or region of the game, shown on its page and at checkout, so check it before you pay. Each code page shows where it is redeemed and what the redeem page asks for.

Bonuses are the publisher's. Some games add them to a top-up whatever its source; others keep them for their own store. Our package names show what the game credits by default.

A top-up needs only the player ID the game shows, plus the zone or server when the game uses one: never your game password or a login code. For an official code you give nothing: you redeem the code yourself on the publisher's page.

When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time. Copy the ID from the game rather than typing it from memory.

Some games split players into zones or servers, such as Asia, America or Europe in Genshin Impact. The same ID can exist on several, so the top-up needs both to reach the right account.

Each payment goes to your balance first, and network fees make very small transfers wasteful. Your balance then pays for several small packages.

No. Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it.

The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. We do not promise a time: blockchain confirmations and game maintenance can add delays.

If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. You can reorder at once with the corrected details.

No. A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay. The refund policy gives examples.

No. A code shown in your order cannot be returned or exchanged. If no code can be issued, the full amount goes back to your balance. Check the region on the code page before you pay: Valorant cards, for example, work only on the North America server.

Restart the game and check the purchase history in it. If the currency is still missing, send the order number to [email protected].

A top-up that fails or is refused by the game goes back to your balance in full. A top-up credited to the ID you entered is final. Within 30 days of a payment, the part added only to reach the minimum can be sent back in USDT or USDC if it is unspent; other balance is not paid out in crypto unless the law requires it.

It depends on where the third party gets the currency. Currency bought with stolen cards can be removed when the card owner disputes the charge. We buy only through authorized channels. Read are third-party top-ups safe?.

Garena allows purchases from authorized third parties; PUBG Mobile's operator authorizes no intermediary top-ups but accepts codes from authorized retailers; Kuro Games forbids top-ups through third-party platforms without its permission.
