Does NetEase allow third-party top-ups for Dunk City Dynasty?

NetEase's Terms of Use, updated 15 December 2024 and linked from GamesClub as its user agreement, contain no clause about resellers or official-only channels that we found on 22 October 2026. • Failed or refused: If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
• Wrong game ID: A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
• Still missing: write to [email protected] with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.
