Does Moonton allow buying Magic Chess diamonds from other sellers?

We did not read Moonton's own terms for Magic Chess: Go Go on 22 October 2026. The terms of MobaPay, Moonton's web store (effective 18 September 2023, section 4.3), say its licence “does not include or extend to any resale or commercial use of the Services”. That rules out buying on MobaPay to resell, which we do not do.

When do the diamonds arrive, and what if the top-up fails?

• Top-up failed or refused: If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
• Wrong Game ID entered: A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
• Diamonds missing: email [email protected] with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.
