Your NIKKE User ID and your server. A top-up needs only the player ID the game shows, plus the zone or server when the game uses one: never your game password or a login code.

NIKKE's own store on Midasbuy asks you to sign in to a Midasbuy account. We do not ask for any sign-in: we send the Gems through an authorized distributor, using only your User ID and server.

Where do I find my NIKKE User ID and server?

Open your profile in NIKKE: it shows your User ID and the server your account plays on. Copy the User ID as it is, digits only.

Does Level Infinite allow buying NIKKE Gems from other sellers?

The NIKKE EULA (last updated 17 March 2026, Proxima Beta) says codes must be bought “through us or one of our authorized retailers to be valid”. It also forbids taking part in “secondary markets” for game currency. We found no notice for NIKKE like PUBG Mobile's, whose operator says it never authorizes intermediary purchases.

When do the Gems arrive, and what if the top-up fails?

The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. Reopen the shop in the game if your balance has not updated.

• Top-up failed or refused: If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
• Wrong User ID or server: A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
• Gems missing: email [email protected] with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.
