LifeAfter top-up with crypto: Credits sent to your character ID

What do you need from me for a LifeAfter top-up?

Your character ID and the exact name of your server. NetEase GamesClub lists 64 LifeAfter servers, some with very similar names, so the checkout asks you to type the server name exactly as the game shows it. A top-up needs only the player ID the game shows, plus the zone or server when the game uses one: never your game password or a login code.

GamesClub asks for the same two details when you top up by ID. We only ever use the ID route. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.

We will never ask for your game password, your login code or your account recovery email: a top-up needs only your player ID.

Where do I find my LifeAfter character ID?

Inside the game, on your profile. Menus move between updates, so look for the numeric ID shown with your character name and copy it rather than typing it. Copy the server name from the game too.

A character ID sent to the wrong server cannot receive the Credits. Check both on the confirmation screen before you pay, and ask [email protected] if you are unsure.

Does NetEase allow third-party top-ups for LifeAfter?

NetEase's Terms of Use, updated 15 December 2024 and linked from GamesClub as its user agreement, contain no clause about resellers or official-only channels that we found on 22 October 2026. Section 4.5(d) forbids attempting to “trade the Virtual Points or Virtual Goods within our Services with real money/real items”: a rule about trading game points or goods for money, which does not name top-up sellers.

What we control is the source. We top up only through channels each publisher authorizes, such as official distributors and publisher stores. We do not buy from grey-market sellers, and we do not sell a game whose publisher allows no intermediary. Compare each publisher on the publisher rules page.

When do the Credits arrive, and what if the top-up fails?

The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. Reopen the in-game store if your balance looks unchanged.

• Failed or refused: If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
• Wrong character ID: A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
• Still missing: write to [email protected] with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.

How do I pay for LifeAfter Credits with USDT or Bitcoin?

Add at least $10 to your balance in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, then buy packages from that balance. For small amounts, USDT on TRC-20 keeps the network fee low; Bitcoin suits larger top-ups.

Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it.
