How do I redeem a Roblox gift card?

On roblox.com, in a web browser:

1. Copy the code from your order on CryptoGameTopUp.
2. Log in to your Roblox account in a web browser.
3. Go to roblox.com/redeem, enter the code and click Redeem.
4. Spend the credit on Robux or a Roblox membership, in the browser too.

Roblox says redemption is not available in the standard mobile app or on consoles; only Samsung Galaxy users can redeem in the app. You do this yourself. Can I use a US Roblox gift card outside the United States?

Yes. Roblox says: “All Roblox codes can be redeemed worldwide.”

• Currency: the card's dollar value converts to your account's local currency when you redeem it.
• Credit, not Robux: a $10 card loads $10 of Roblox Credit, which you then spend on Robux.
• Browser only: Roblox Credit can be spent in a web browser, not in the Roblox apps.
• No expiry: Roblox's terms say the cards do not expire, and a card must be redeemed in full.

Does Roblox allow gift cards from other sellers?

Only from authorized sellers. Roblox's US gift card terms (last updated 30 April 2026) say cards “are not valid and will not be honored if obtained from unauthorized sellers, resellers or distributors”. The same terms say gift cards cannot be resold, and our acceptable use policy forbids reselling what you buy here.

Codes come only from distributors the publisher authorizes. Roblox and Riot both say that cards from other sellers may not be valid. Roblox names no online distributor on the pages we read on 22 October 2026. Some bonuses, such as a free virtual item or up to 25% more Robux, come only with certain cards and only when you buy Robux directly from Roblox.

What if the Roblox code does not work?

A code shown in your order cannot be returned or exchanged. If no code can be issued, the full amount goes back to your balance. Roblox itself does not refund gift cards, so check before you redeem: the right account, in a web browser, not the app.
