You do this yourself. An official code appears in your order once your payment is confirmed. You redeem it yourself on the publisher's page, so we never need your game login.
North America, on PC. Each code works for one version or region of the game, shown on its page and at checkout, so check it before you pay.
From authorized retailers. Riot's support page (dated 6 May 2026) says: “We highly advise you NOT to purchase prepaid cards from third-party sites like online auctions or non-authorized retailers.” A 2024 Riot page adds that Riot will not be able to assist when such a card fails.
Codes come only from distributors the publisher authorizes. Roblox and Riot both say that cards from other sellers may not be valid. Riot also asks buyers to keep the card and the receipt; your order on CryptoGameTopUp keeps both the code and the order record. Compare publishers on the publisher rules page.
A code shown in your order cannot be returned or exchanged. If no code can be issued, the full amount goes back to your balance.
If Riot refuses the code, check two things first: that your Riot account is on the NA server, and that you are redeeming on PC. Still refused? Email [email protected] with the order number and a screenshot of Riot's message. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.
Fund your balance once with at least $10, in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, then buy cards from it. USDT on TRC-20 costs little to send for small amounts; Bitcoin suits larger top-ups.
Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it. The USDT payment guide shows a payment from an exchange account, step by step.
Riot shows the VP amount when you redeem the code. Riot does not state a VP figure per card on the pages we read on 22 October 2026, so we do not quote one.
No. Riot locks cash codes to the region where they were bought: cards from the US or Canada work only on the NA server.
Yes, on PC and on the NA server. Riot's rule is one code, one game, one use: you choose the game when you redeem, and the whole value goes to it.
No. Riot says cash codes can only be redeemed in the PC versions of its games.
