What do I need to buy CP for my account?

Your Call of Duty: Mobile UID. A top-up needs only the player ID the game shows, plus the zone or server when the game uses one: never your game password or a login code.

The UID is a long number, around 19 to 20 digits on the official store's form, linked to your game account rather than to your Activision login. Copy it from your in-game profile instead of typing it. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.

Activision's rules do not address third-party sellers directly. Its Security and Enforcement Policy (dated 31 July 2026) treats “acquiring COD Points via fraudulent means” as an infraction, with penalties that include being restricted from purchasing in-game content. We found no clause naming outside top-up sites on 22 October 2026.

The fraud clause is the one that matters for buyers: CP bought upstream with stolen payment details can bring penalties to the account that receives them. We avoid that risk at the source. We top up only through channels each publisher authorizes, such as official distributors and publisher stores. When do the CP arrive, and what happens if the top-up fails?

The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. Reopen the store tab in the game if the balance has not updated.

• Top-up failed or refused: If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
• Wrong UID entered: A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
• CP missing: email [email protected] with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.
