Blood Strike top-up with crypto: Golds sent to your character ID

What do you need from me for a Blood Strike top-up?

Your character ID and the server it plays on. A top-up needs only the player ID the game shows, plus the zone or server when the game uses one: never your game password or a login code.

NetEase's own store asks for the same two details, or for an account login. We only ever use the ID route. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.

We will never ask for your game password, your login code or your account recovery email: a top-up needs only your player ID. Treat any request for a NetEase password or a verification code as an attempt to take the account.

Where do I find my character ID?

Inside the game, on your profile. Menus move between updates, so look for the numeric ID shown with your character's name, copy it rather than typing it, and note the server you play on.

If the ID and the server do not match, the top-up cannot reach your character. Check both on the confirmation screen before you pay, and ask [email protected] if you are unsure which number is the right one.

Does NetEase allow third-party top-ups?

NetEase's general Terms of Use, linked from its GamesClub store and read on 22 October 2026, contain no clause on outside sellers. Section 4.5(d) forbids trading virtual points or goods “with real money/real items”. We found no Blood Strike terms of its own and no notice about third-party top-ups.

What we can control is the source. We top up only through channels each publisher authorizes, such as official distributors and publisher stores. We do not buy from grey-market sellers, and we do not sell a game whose publisher allows no intermediary. If NetEase publishes a rule that forbids intermediaries, Blood Strike will move to the games we do not sell list.

When do Golds arrive, and what if it goes wrong?

The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. Reopen the game's shop if your Golds look unchanged.

• Failed or refused: If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
• Wrong ID or server: A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
• Still missing: write to [email protected] with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.

Payment comes from your balance, funded in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC from $10. Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it.
