Quick answer
What does the CryptoGameTopUp acceptable use policy forbid?
The policy of CryptoGameTopUp, in force since 22 October 2026, forbids five things: buying for anyone under 18, reselling top-ups, paying with crypto that is not yours, ordering from a country where crypto payments are banned, and using a top-up to break a game's rules or the law. An account that breaks it is closed. No KYC is asked, so these rules carry the weight.
Who may use the shop?
Adults only. For adults only: you must be 18 or older to buy. Every order asks you to confirm it at checkout, and the confirmation covers the person who will receive the currency too.
Where you live matters as well. Not available where paying for goods in crypto is banned (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Bangladesh, Nepal, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Ecuador, Afghanistan, China) or restricted by sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen); paused in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates until a legal check. The countries page lists each case with the rule behind it.
What is not allowed?
Buying for anyone under 18, reselling top-ups, paying with funds that are not yours, buying from a country where crypto payments are banned, and any use that breaks a game's rules or the law. In practice:
- Minors. No order for a player under 18, even when an adult pays.
- Resale. Top-ups are for the player whose ID you enter. Running a shop on top of ours, or passing our packages on for a fee, is not allowed.
- Other people's money. Pay only from wallets and exchange accounts that belong to you.
- Blocked countries. Do not use a VPN or another person's account to order from a country on the excluded list.
- Game rules. Do not use a top-up to sell accounts, share accounts against a game's terms, or cheat.
- Abuse of support. Do not claim a failed delivery for a top-up that arrived.
Why is reselling forbidden?
Because our supply comes through channels each publisher authorizes, and those channels sell to us for players, not for further trade. A reseller chain also hides who the end buyer is, which is how currency ends up with minors or in countries where we cannot sell.
If you want to buy in volume for a gaming community or a tournament, write to [email protected] first. We will tell you plainly whether it is possible.
Can I buy for a friend or a family member?
Yes, when that person is an adult. Type their player ID, plus the zone or server their game uses, and check the name shown at checkout when the game provides one.
A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay. A top-up sent to the wrong person cannot be pulled back, so take the ID from the player directly rather than from a screenshot of a screenshot.
What happens when the policy is broken?
A person reads every report; accounts that break the rules are closed. Depending on the case, we may refuse an order, cancel a pending one or close the account.
When an account is closed for abuse, pending orders are cancelled. Any balance left on it is handled as the terms describe; the law of the country concerned decides the rest. Serious cases, such as payments with stolen funds, may be reported to the authorities when a law obliges us.
How do I report misuse?
Write to [email protected]. Useful details include the order number or the player ID involved, what happened and when. A person reads every report.
If you think a child has used the shop, say so in the subject line. We treat those reports first.
Acceptable use questions
Do you check my age with documents?
No. You confirm at checkout that you and the player are 18 or older, and the terms make that confirmation binding. Brazil's new child-protection law is under review, as the countries page explains.
May I use a VPN?
A VPN for privacy is your business. Using one to order from a country on the excluded list breaks this policy and leads to account closure.
Can a clan leader buy for the whole clan?
Only for adult members, one order per player ID, and not for a fee. Ask support before buying in volume.
Does breaking a game's rules affect my order?
We do not police games, but we will not knowingly help with account sales, account sharing or cheating. Publishers enforce their own rules on the accounts.
