Quick answer
Where do I find my Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID?
On your profile in the game. Open it from your avatar on the main screen: the first number is your User ID, and the number in brackets after it is your Zone ID, for example 12345678 (2101). A top-up on CryptoGameTopUp needs both, and nothing else, no password and no login. As of October 2026, 500 diamonds cost $4.74 here.
How do I find both numbers, step by step?
Game menus change between updates; these steps describe what stays the same.
Open your profile
From the main screen, tap your avatar or profile picture. Your profile shows your nickname and level.
Read the two numbers
Under or next to your nickname you will see a number followed by another one in brackets, such as 12345678 (2101).
Split them correctly
The number outside the brackets is the User ID. The number inside the brackets is the Zone ID. Do not type the brackets.
Copy rather than type
Use the game's copy option if it offers one, or check each digit twice. One wrong digit can match another player.
Why does Mobile Legends need a Zone ID as well?
Because the User ID alone may not point to a single account. The Zone ID tells the top-up system which server your account lives on, so the pair identifies you, not just the number.
A correct User ID with the wrong Zone ID can fail the account check, or in the worst case match someone else. That is why every top-up seller, us included, asks for both. On CryptoGameTopUp, When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.
What are the most common mistakes?
- Typing the brackets. Enter the Zone ID in its own field, without brackets or spaces.
- Swapping the two numbers. The longer number is usually the User ID; the shorter one in brackets is the Zone ID.
- Using an old account's ID. If you play on more than one account, open the profile of the account you want to top up.
- Copying from a screenshot sent by someone else. Ask the account owner to copy the numbers from their own profile.
- Using a nickname. Nicknames can change and are not unique; top-ups always use the numbers.
What happens if I enter the wrong ID?
It depends on whether the wrong ID exists. If no account matches, the top-up fails and, on CryptoGameTopUp, If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
If the wrong numbers belong to another player, the diamonds land on that account. A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay. Neither we nor the publisher can move diamonds from one account to another, which is why the name check before payment matters.
Should I ever share my password to get diamonds?
Never. A top-up needs only the User ID and the Zone ID. We will never ask for your game password, your login code or your account recovery email: a top-up needs only your player ID.
Requests for your Moonton password, a login code or the email linked to your account come from people trying to take the account, not to fill it. The same applies to offers of diamonds at no cost in exchange for a login: that is a scam pattern, whatever the website looks like.
Questions about the MLBB User ID
Is my User ID the same as my Moonton account?
No. The Moonton account is how you log in; the User ID and Zone ID identify your game account. Top-ups use the numbers only.
Can my Zone ID change?
Treat it as fixed for an account, and always copy it from the profile you are topping up rather than from memory.
Is it safe to share my User ID?
Sharing the numbers lets someone send you diamonds or find your profile; it does not let them log in. Never share a password or a code.
Where can I buy diamonds with crypto once I have the numbers?
On the Mobile Legends diamonds page, paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, with no KYC. For adults only: you must be 18 or older to buy.
