Quick answer
How do I pay for a game top-up with USDT?
Add USDT to your CryptoGameTopUp balance by sending it from a wallet or an exchange to the address shown, on the network you picked: TRC-20 (Tron) or ERC-20 (Ethereum). Send the exact amount, wait for the network to confirm, then buy the package for your player ID. As of 22 October 2026, the minimum top-up is $10 and there is no KYC.
What are the steps?
Six steps. Only the first payment takes a little thought; after that, you buy from your balance.
Open your balance and choose USDT
Pick the amount (at least $10) and the coin. Choose USDT, then the network: Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20).
Copy the address and the exact amount
The payment page shows our deposit address for that coin and network, and an exact amount down to the last decimals. That amount is how we match your payment to your account.
Send from your wallet or exchange
Paste the address, pick the same network, enter the exact amount and add the network fee on top if your app asks. Check the first and last characters of the address before you confirm.
Wait for the network to confirm
The blockchain confirms the transfer, then we check it and credit your balance. The payment page shows its status; you can close it and come back.
Pick the game, the package and your ID
A top-up needs only the player ID the game shows, plus the zone or server when the game uses one: never your game password or a login code. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.
Pay from your balance
The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
Should I use TRC-20 or ERC-20?
For small top-ups, Tron (TRC-20) is usually the practical choice. Its network fees are typically lower than Ethereum's, which matters when the package itself costs a few dollars. A 2026 guide by Marix, itself a top-up seller, calls USDT on TRC-20 “the 2026 default” for game payments. Ethereum (ERC-20) works too and suits you if your USDT already sits there.
What matters most is that both ends match. If the payment page says TRC-20, send on Tron. A transfer on the wrong network, or in the wrong coin, cannot be recovered. We also accept BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC; USDC goes on Ethereum (ERC-20) only.
Why must I send the exact amount?
Because the amount is the reference. Each top-up gets its own amount, down to the last decimals, and that is how we find your transfer among all the others sent to the same address.
Two things often change the amount by accident. Some exchanges subtract their withdrawal fee from the amount you type, so the address receives less than you meant. Others round the figure. Before you confirm, check the line that says how much the address will receive, and make that number match the payment page.
What does the network fee cost?
It is charged by the blockchain or by the exchange you send from, not by us, and it comes on top of the amount. Fees change with network traffic, so we do not quote a figure: your wallet or exchange shows it before you confirm.
To keep fees low on small purchases, add more than one package's worth to your balance at once. Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it.
Can I pay from an exchange account?
Yes, by withdrawing USDT from the exchange to our address. Choose the withdrawal network the payment page shows, paste the address, and check the amount that will arrive after the exchange fee.
Transfers that stay inside an exchange, such as a payment to another user of the same exchange, do not reach us: we need an on-chain transfer to our address. For Binance users, the Binance guide covers this case.
What if something goes wrong?
- The amount differs from the one shown. Contact support at [email protected] with the transaction ID; we match it by hand.
- You sent on the wrong network or the wrong coin. Funds sent that way may not be recoverable. Write to support before sending anything else.
- The top-up fails after payment. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.
- You typed the wrong player ID. A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay.
One more rule applies before any payment: Not available where paying for goods in crypto is banned (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Bangladesh, Nepal, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Ecuador, Afghanistan, China) or restricted by sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen); paused in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates until a legal check.
Paying with USDT: common questions
Can I pay a game top-up with USDT on BEP-20 or Solana?
Not at CryptoGameTopUp today. USDT is accepted on Tron (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20). Sending USDT on another network to our address can lose the funds, so convert or withdraw on a supported network first.
Why is the minimum top-up $10?
Network fees make very small transfers poor value, so we set a low minimum and let you spend the balance across several packages. Most packages cost less than the minimum, and what remains stays on your balance.
Do I need to verify my identity to pay with USDT?
No. There is no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Your login is an account number we give you; adding an email is your choice. You must be 18 or older to buy.
How long does a USDT payment take?
It depends on the network. The transfer needs a set number of confirmations, which the payment page shows, and then our check. Tron transfers are usually confirmed faster than Ethereum ones.
