Privacy policy: the little a top-up needs, and what we do with it

A game top-up works with very little personal data. This page lists every piece we keep, why we keep it and when it goes away.

Quick answer

What personal data does CryptoGameTopUp keep?

CryptoGameTopUp keeps an account number, an optional email and one record per order: the game, the player ID, the package, the amount and the status. Under this policy, dated 22 October 2026, it collects no identity documents, no selfies and no game passwords. The player ID goes to the authorized channel that credits it, and nowhere else.

What do we collect?

  • Account number. Created when you open an account; it is how you sign in.
  • Email, if you add one. Used only for recovery and for messages about your orders.
  • Order records. Each order keeps the game, the player ID, the package, the amount and its status, so support can trace a top-up; we keep orders while the account exists, then only as long as accounting law asks. We never ask for or store game passwords. Records go to authorities only when a law compels us.
  • Payment records. The coin, the network, the amount, the transaction hash and the time. These come from the public blockchain.
  • Country at checkout. We check the country of your connection when you pay, to apply the country rules. We keep the result of the check with the order, not a browsing history.
  • Age confirmation. The fact that you ticked the 18+ box, with its date.

What do we never collect?

Game passwords, login codes, recovery emails of game accounts, identity documents, selfies, phone numbers and card numbers. We will never ask for your game password, your login code or your account recovery email: a top-up needs only your player ID.

If a message ever asks you for one of these in our name, it is not from us. Forward it to [email protected].

Who receives my player ID?

The authorized channel that credits the top-up: the publisher's own system or its official distributor. It receives the player ID, the zone or server when needed, the game and the package. It does not receive your account number, your email or your payment details.

When the game allows a name check, the channel returns the player name linked to the ID. We show it to you at checkout and store it with the order, so support can confirm who received the currency.

How long do you keep it?

Order and payment records stay while the account exists, because support needs them to trace a top-up and you may need them as proof of purchase. After the account is closed, we keep them only as long as accounting law requires, then delete them.

An optional email is deleted when you remove it or close the account.

What about the blockchain?

A crypto payment is public by design. Anyone can see the amount, the addresses and the time on the blockchain. We cannot erase that record, and neither can anyone else.

We do not publish which transaction belongs to which account. Records go to authorities only when a law compels us.

Do you use cookies or trackers?

The public site uses no advertising trackers and sells no data. Your account area needs a session cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing more.

We do not build profiles of players, and we do not target advertising at anyone, least of all minors.

What are my rights?

You can ask for a copy of the data linked to your account number, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account. Some records must stay for accounting law even after deletion; we will tell you which.

Write to [email protected] from the email on file, or include your account number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.

Privacy questions

Why do you keep my player ID?

To trace a top-up that has not arrived and to prove which ID received it. Without the ID, support could not help.

Do you sell or share order data?

No. The only party that receives a player ID is the authorized channel that credits the top-up.

Can I order without an email?

Yes. The email is optional. Without one, keep your account number safe, because a lost number cannot be restored.

Do you know my real name?

No. We never ask for it. The only name we may see is the in-game player name that a game returns for an ID.
