These terms apply to every account and every order. They are written to be read: short sections, plain words, and the same rules the rest of the site describes.

**Quick answer — What do the CryptoGameTopUp terms say in short?**

**CryptoGameTopUp**, operated by GameGoat LLC, sells game currency credited to a player ID, and official game codes, paid from a crypto balance. Under these terms, dated 22 October 2026, buyers must be 18 or older, a top-up credited to the ID entered is final, a failed top-up returns in full to the balance, and our liability is capped at what you paid. No KYC is required.

## 1. Who agrees to these terms?

You do, when you create an account or place an order. The other party is GameGoat LLC, which runs CryptoGameTopUp. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the shop.

You also confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are not in a country where we do not sell. Not available where paying for goods in crypto is banned (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Bangladesh, Nepal, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Ecuador, Afghanistan, China) or restricted by sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Yemen); paused in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates until a legal check.

## 2. What do we sell?

Game currency and game passes, credited by the game's own systems to the player ID you enter, and official game codes that you redeem yourself on the publisher's page. The current list of games, codes and packages is on the [price list](https://cryptogametopup.com/pricing/).

We do not sell accounts, loot boxes or items traded between players. The currency and the codes stay subject to each game's own terms, which the publisher can change at any time.

## 3. Where do the top-ups come from?

We top up only through channels each publisher authorizes, such as official distributors and publisher stores. We do not buy from grey-market sellers, and we do not sell a game whose publisher allows no intermediary. Codes come only from distributors the publisher authorizes. Roblox and Riot both say that cards from other sellers may not be valid.

Game names and marks belong to their owners. CryptoGameTopUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any publisher. Naming a game on this site only says that we sell top-ups or codes for it.

## 4. How does an account work?

Your login is an account number we give you; adding an email is your choice. Your account number is how you sign in, so keep it somewhere safe. With an optional email on file you can recover it; without one, a lost number cannot be restored.

You are responsible for what happens under your account number. If you think someone else has it, write to support at once so we can lock the account.

## 5. How do I pay, and what is the balance?

You add crypto to a balance, then buy packages from that balance. The minimum addition is $10, and we accept BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Prices are in US dollars; the payment page converts the dollar amount into the coin you choose.

Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it. The balance is not a bank deposit and earns nothing. Network fees charged by the blockchain are yours.

## 6. How is a top-up delivered?

The top-up is sent once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, and it appears in the game when the publisher credits it. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.

We do not promise a delivery time. Game maintenance, publisher checks and network delays can slow a top-up down. If an order stays pending, support will trace it for you.

An official code is delivered when it appears in your order. An official code appears in your order once your payment is confirmed. You redeem it yourself on the publisher's page, so we never need your game login. Each code works for one version or region of the game, shown on its page and at checkout, so check it before you pay.

## 7. What if a top-up fails or the ID is wrong?

If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. That includes a top-up the game refuses, for example because the ID does not exist or the server does not match.

A top-up credited to the ID you entered cannot be taken back, so check the ID before you pay. If the ID you typed belongs to another player, the currency is theirs; we cannot take it back. The [refund policy](https://cryptogametopup.com/refunds/) has worked examples.

A code shown in your order cannot be returned or exchanged. If no code can be issued, the full amount goes back to your balance.

## 8. What may I not do?

The [acceptable use policy](https://cryptogametopup.com/acceptable-use/) is part of these terms. In short: Buying for anyone under 18, reselling top-ups, paying with funds that are not yours, buying from a country where crypto payments are banned, and any use that breaks a game's rules or the law.

You may not resell top-ups, buy them for a business without our written agreement, or present yourself as acting for CryptoGameTopUp.

## 9. When can we refuse an order or close an account?

We may refuse or cancel an order when the player ID looks invalid, when the order comes from an excluded country, or when we have good reason to think it breaks these terms. A cancelled order that was paid returns to your balance.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you why, unless the law forbids it.

## 10. What do we promise, and what do we not?

We promise to buy top-ups only through authorized channels, to price each package as the [price list](https://cryptogametopup.com/pricing/) shows, and to return a failed top-up to your balance.

We do not guarantee that a game, a package or a server stays available. Publishers can change prices, remove packages, pause top-ups for maintenance or close a game. We also do not control how a publisher treats an account for reasons unrelated to our top-up.

## 11. How far does our liability go?

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and never more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost game progress, lost rankings or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country does not allow us to limit.

## 12. Can prices change?

Yes. Every package costs 5% less than the official list price in US dollars, read on the publisher's store or its official distributor on 22 October 2026. When an official price moves, ours moves with it.

A price change applies only to orders placed after it is published. An order you have already paid keeps its price. Each change is dated in the [changelog](https://cryptogametopup.com/changelog/).

## 13. What if the service stops?

If we close the shop, we will announce it at least 30 days ahead on this site. During that time you can use your balance on any listed game.

Orders already paid will be completed or returned to the balance.

## 14. How are these terms updated?

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and the [changelog](https://cryptogametopup.com/changelog/) says what moved. Changes apply to orders placed after the new date.

Questions about these terms go to support@cryptogametopup.com. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.
