A top-up depends on three systems: the blockchain, our shop and the game itself. When an order waits, this page helps you find which one is slow.

**Quick answer — How do I know if CryptoGameTopUp top-ups are working?**

Check your order status first, then this page. **CryptoGameTopUp** posts incidents per game here, dated, since the shop opened on 22 October 2026: a game in maintenance, a package the publisher removed, or a payment network that is slow. If nothing is posted and an order stays pending, write to support with the order number. No KYC is needed to get help.

## What does each order status mean?

- **Waiting for payment:** we have not yet seen your crypto on the blockchain.
- **Paid:** the payment is confirmed and the order is queued.
- **Sent:** the order has gone to the authorized channel for the game.
- **Credited:** the game has accepted the top-up for the ID you entered.
- **Failed:** the game or the channel refused it. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance.

A status moves forward only. An order never goes from credited back to failed.

## Where are incidents posted?

On this page, by game, with the date and time they start and end. An incident entry says what is affected, for example "Genshin Impact: Asia server top-ups paused during game maintenance", and what happens to orders placed meanwhile.

When an incident changes prices or removes a package, the [changelog](https://cryptogametopup.com/changelog/) records it too. We do not publish uptime percentages: they would say little about a service that depends on each game's own systems.

## Why would a top-up wait?

Three common reasons:

1. **Blockchain confirmations.** Each coin needs a number of network confirmations before a payment counts. The [crypto payments page](https://cryptogametopup.com/crypto-payments/) lists them.
2. **Game maintenance.** Publishers pause purchases during updates. Orders wait and go through once the game is back.
3. **Publisher checks.** A game may hold a top-up for its own checks before crediting it.

None of these makes a top-up fail. If one does fail, the amount returns to your balance.

## What should I do with a pending order?

Look at its status. Waiting for payment means the blockchain has not confirmed it yet; compare the transaction on a block explorer. Paid or sent means the order is in the queue or with the game.

If the status has not moved for longer than you expect and no incident is posted, write to support@cryptogametopup.com with the order number. Support answers by email within 12 hours, every day, and checks any top-up that has not arrived.

## Is there a current incident?

No incident has been posted since the shop opened on 22 October 2026. This section changes as soon as one starts.

## Status questions

### Can I order during game maintenance?

Yes. The order waits and goes through after the maintenance. If you prefer, wait until the game is back before paying.

### Will you warn me before a game is removed?

When a publisher gives notice, we post it here and in the changelog. Your balance stays usable on every other game.

### Why don't you show an uptime figure?

Because most delays come from the blockchain or the game, not from our shop. A single figure would hide that.
