You add crypto to a balance once, then pay for packages from it. This page shows the coins we take, the network that keeps fees low on small amounts, and what to do when a transfer goes wrong.

**Quick answer — How do I pay for a game top-up with crypto?**

At **CryptoGameTopUp** you send $10 or more in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC to your balance, then buy any package from it; packages start at $0.94 as of 22 October 2026. For small amounts, USDT on TRC-20 usually keeps network fees lowest. We take on-chain transfers only, with no KYC, and the balance never expires.

## Which coins and networks can I use?

Six coins feed the same balance. USDT can travel on TRC-20 or ERC-20 and USDC on ERC-20. The payment page shows the address and the network for the coin you pick.

- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Tether (USDT) — TRC-20 or ERC-20
- USD Coin (USDC) — ERC-20
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Solana (SOL)
- Litecoin (LTC)

## What are the steps?

Five steps from an empty account to a top-up. Only the blockchain confirmation takes time.

1. **Choose an amount and a coin** — Enter $10 or more. Most players add enough for two or three packages at once.
2. **Copy the address and the network** — Use the network written on the payment page. A coin sent on another network may be lost.
3. **Send the exact amount** — Send the figure shown, to the last decimal, in one transfer. It is how the payment is matched to you.
4. **Wait for confirmations** — The balance is credited once the network has confirmed the transfer enough times for that coin.
5. **Buy your package** — Pick the game, type the player ID and pay from the balance. When the game allows it, the checkout shows the player name linked to the ID before you pay, so a typo is caught in time.

## Which coin and network suit a small top-up?

For amounts between $10 and a few dozen dollars, the network fee matters more than the coin. USDT on TRC-20 is the usual choice: Tron transfers tend to cost little, and most exchanges support them. USDT or USDC on ERC-20 can cost much more when Ethereum is busy.

Bitcoin, Ether, Solana and Litecoin work too. Their value moves, so the payment page fixes the coin amount for a short time; pay within that window.

## Why is there a minimum of $10?

Because each transfer costs a network fee and a check on our side. A $10 balance covers several small packages, such as two Welkin Moons or a few hundred diamonds, for one fee instead of several.

Crypto you add to your balance never expires and pays for any top-up in the shop. If a top-up cannot be completed, its full amount goes back to your balance. When a package costs less than the minimum, whatever you added only to reach that minimum is sent back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, while it is still unspent; any other balance is not paid back in crypto unless the law requires it.

## Can I pay from an exchange account?

Yes, by withdrawing to the address on our payment page. Choose the same coin and the same network in the exchange's withdrawal form, and send the exact amount.

We do not take Binance Pay or other transfers that stay inside one exchange. Those are not on-chain, so they never reach our address. Some exchanges also charge their own withdrawal fee on top of the network fee: count it before you send.

## What if the amount or the network was wrong?

Write to support at once with the transaction hash. Each payment page asks for an exact amount because that figure is how a transfer is linked to your account; when it does not match, a person checks what arrived and tells you what can be done.

- **A different amount:** support matches the transfer by its hash and explains how it is handled.
- **Wrong network for the right coin:** recovery depends on the network, and sometimes it is not possible.
- **A coin we do not list:** it may be lost. Check twice before sending.

## Crypto payment questions

### How many confirmations does each coin need?

It depends on the coin and the network. The payment page shows the figure for the coin you pick, and the balance is credited once it is reached.

### Can I pay one order without a balance?

Not yet. Every payment goes to the balance first. It also means a failed top-up returns there and can be spent again.

### Is a crypto payment refundable?

A payment adds to your balance; it is not tied to one order. A top-up that fails or is refused by the game goes back to your balance in full. A top-up credited to the ID you entered is final. Within 30 days of a payment, the part added only to reach the minimum can be sent back in USDT or USDC if it is unspent; other balance is not paid out in crypto unless the law requires it.

### Do you take Lightning or other networks?

Only the coins and networks listed on the payment page. Anything else may be lost.
